We were disappointed this time. As a veteran who stays at this hotel frequently, I was disappointed with the breakfast and service. First I was told 2 breakfast per room, but then when I went to breakfast area was told 2 were not covered. We were moved tables 3 times and were told the table where we were sitting had been reserved. The whole time we were there no one else sat there. The food was cold--may have been hot at one time, but plates were freezing cold. I also stay at Holiday Inns, and they never charge me for extra breakfasts even though, they, too, give me a veteran discount rate. Like I said, was disappointed with the service this time.

It was a nice comfortable stay.

Used to get continental breakfast included in government roommate. NOT anymore. $20 breakfast in Tulsa is criminal. We will be looking for Government stays at another hotel.

Major shout-out to Joel who operated the shuttle which came free of charge with our room. Some of the best and nicest service I've ever had!

Booked this hotel for 2 nights through Priceline.
I feel this hotel's rating is misleading on Priceline. This is a 3-star hotel at most!

Property:
Noisy, very outdated - does not feel upscale in any way. The rooms themselves have been updated, but there are no frills in the rooms - just your basic bed, couch and tv. The windows must be original, as turning on the heat cause horrible condensation all over the interior window ledges (see photos).

Cleanliness:
Property had a sign saying you must request cleaning after 3 days - allegedly due to COVID. It's November 2021 so no idea why they are still using COVID as an excuse to not clean rooms? I stayed 2 nights and no one touched my room due to this policy.

Staff:
Staff seems dishonest. I made my reservation in advance through Priceline. Front desk agent at Marriott assured me they needed my credit card only for incidentals. After my stay, found a posted charge on my card from Marriott where they'd falsely charged my card I trusted them with in error.
Another guest was in a verbal argument with the hotel mgr over billing issues, so this is obviously a common issue at this particular property. Now having to call multiple parties to get their false charge reversed.

I'd recommend avoiding this place and going with a new Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn - basically will be the same amenities but with a new property and probably a lower cost.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the room for the amount of money I spent staying the night in a suite on the 9th floor. It was no different than a normal room, granted the bathroom was lovely. With that being said, the walls are thinner than paper. If you want to get a good night sleep or quality sleep then

I tried going to bed at 10:30pm on a Monday night and I got collectively, and I mean maybe, 2 hours of sleep in total. I was constantly being woken up by the elevators all night. I could hear every single person that came up or down. I could hear every single drunk person that came home from 11PM-3AM, I could hear our next door neighbors ENTIRE phone call and recite exactly what their conversation was about, heck, I could even hear the lady on speaker phone that she was talking to. On top of ALL of that, I heard the peoples alarms going off above us over and over in the morning, and the people besides us alarms going off in the morning, and each individual person that left. Now I'm going to work a 10 hour shift on 2 hours of sleep. I will NEVER be staying here again. You'd think for spending $300 a night you'd get the best sleep of your life, WRONG. If I could go back in time, and reserve a different hotel, I WOULD.
