Larry H. Miller Volkswagen service department is courteous and prompt, but their people are laser focused on upselling customers to service they may not need. Every time I have been there, they have tried to charge me $50 for changing an air filter I can find at the auto parts store for 15, and that's just one example.

Update: in January 2025 they tried to charge me $700+ for an oil change and transmission service that should have cost about $500 ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN POSTED PRICES. It took about a half hour of haggling to get the bill down to $545. Once again, I am committed to going elsewhere if I possibly can.

The service staff at LHM VW is the best. I have one service advisor I go to on all my Atlas service, Tom Bernath. He's very knowledgeable and makes sure all service requirements are up to date. Gets the car in, serviced ready to go in one day. The entire service team is under the direction of service manager Andrew Asman who makes sure the service department runs smoothly. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to take of your service needs. They are the best!
