It has been one of the best experiences that I’ve had. Originally, I didn’t have a good experience. However, the GM (Steven)made it a point to reach out to hear my concerns. I am grateful that he went out of his way help me and make my vehicle a top priority. He introduced me to the service manager, Tommy - who was equally as kind. However, fast forward, I needed a new battery today— when I walked in the door, he Tommy remembered who I was and greeted me and came over to explain what my car needed and helped us. Tommy is top of the line!!! I am also so grateful to Justin who. helped today also. He always takes really good care of us! We love the service department at Larry H Miller - they are simply the best of the best!!Report
