Great service every time I go here. Dan Ford is my long-time service advisor, and each time, makes sure I'm advised each step of the way. Subaru of Tucson has a clean and well maintained waiting area with tables and chairs for working and an area of cushion chairs with a TV for a more relaxed wait.Report

The environment is so friendly and they have great coffee, water , snacks. We have no complaints at all. I highly recommend if anyone is considering buying a car, check them out .
My wife recently purchased a used outback from this location and all the staff were very friendly and open about the costs of the purchase! Just visited today to get the car serviced and I have to shout out Eric Brodhagen in the service center, they were very friendly, professional and informative! I purchased (not financed) a vehicle on May 2. It's May 12th. Cleared my bank on the 5th. They do not communicate with me and have failed to give me the vehicle. Bought this car for its immediate availability.Report
Update: A personal check was not used but If a different form of payment would have been faster that should have been communicated. My urgency was. I was told this is why I was required to take someone with me to the bank to verify funds. Which we did, on the 2nd. The primary issue was communication, or lack there of. Including an unhelpful sales supervisor who offered a refund rather than say it would be 2 more days. I was sick and out of a vehicle for 2 weeks whose primary use is transporting other people for medical appointments etc . My guy KMac in sales was the reason we kept it. Nice man. And the car is nice thus far. Reason for 2 more stars.

Honestly terrible experience took my car there got quoted 180 for diagnostics was charged for extra diagnostics 575 in total for diagnostics. Found out it was a common well known Subaru issue for my model car posted in a bulletin for the technicians. The quote to fix my car was about 5 grand. After deciding to do repairs at another shop I tried calling subaru to see if my car was ready for a tow truck got told I would receive a call back and never did. I ended up having to text an hour later as a tow truck driver was waiting for my car where I finally received a response. Not to mention when I called the day before they told me the car wouldn’t be ready till this morning and they would call me when it was. ( I never received a call) this entire experience was stressful, costly, and very inconvenient. The diagnostics took from Thursday- Monday I paid my bill Wednesday when it was sent to me to be told my car wouldn’t be ready to tow until the next morning. Save yourself a headache don’t get your car serviced through Subaru.Report
Impossible to get thru with the parts department. They will immediately put you on hold without saying anything and leave you there for 10+ minutes. Will be ordering all of my parts elsewhere this dealership is a jokeReport
