I bought Dragon pepper seeds here and they took forever to sprout. I initially posted a negative review claiming the seeds were not good. But after a really long time and after they finally sprouted I decided to come back and amend the review to a more positive only to find out
The review was possibly deleted for whatever reason. Now I'm back posting another review because a negative review was deleted.

Big shout out to Juliet Webb. She helped me with grow advice and it’s very effective. I learned so much from her. You are the best. Thank you.

These people are terrible on shipping. Never try and order anything on a rush. I ordered something on Tuesday for 2 day delivery. I was expecting it today (Thursday) and they haven't even shipped it yet. This is terrible service. However, their product is outstanding.

I purchased some seeds and a giftcard for a friend. The giftcard was emailed to me instead of the receiver and the seeds still haven’t arrived! I paid for premium shipping. It was due to arrive 5 days ago. I didn’t receive notice the package had gone out until I emailed them to ask what was going on. They said it had gone out on Monday, but the tracking info said Wednesday. Either way, it’s still not at its destination and every time I email they just send me the tracking link. No real apology, no offer to make it right. Hopefully the seeds are great, the customer service unfortunately is not.

I have never come this close to having 100% germination success before. I purchased my spring seeds from Trueleaf market this year and am getting 75-80% germination rates over 12 vegetable seeds. Thank you Trueleaf and also Juliet, looking forward to a bumper crop this year!!

Seeds didn't grow.

The delivery is fast, and the customer service is the best I can imagine. After received my first order, I mistakenly thought one of the bags has less amount of seeds than I ordered, so I emailed them. The customer service responded within an hour and sent additional seeds immediately. Only then I realized I made a mistake and they did sent me the correct amount. I apologized and offer to pay, they just kindly let me have the seeds as a gift. True Leaf stands for the customers, and I will be a loyal customer from now on.
