True Blue Pools

Meant to write this review earlier. After getting some quotes from many folks on remodeling our pool and Grill area it was Terry and True Blue that always responded quickly to questions, and provided professional and honest information and so we decided to go with them. And so glad we did.. The team True Blue used were amazing.. Hard workers, communicative, and high quality from redoing the pebbletec (or pebblesheen) retiling, travertine and everything else needed. Would highly recommend.

I too was skeptical of contracting out my pool remodel to someone I didn?t know personally. Terry and his crew not only did an excellent job, they did everything they promised in a timely manner. Can?t recommend them highly enough. Can I give more than 5 stars ?

Representative was professional & arrived on time. Their estimate was much more expensive than others.

I saw their ad in The Home Mag and thought I give them an opportunity to bid our projects. I had to leave a voice mail message which isn't a good first impression. Then, a few days later, I get a return call back in which the lady said they are declining to bid any work requiring a time schedule. What?? Something isn't right with this company. Why are they advertising or looking for work in the first place? ?

Our pool and backyard have turned into the outdoor oasis of our dreams. Doug listened to what we wanted and developed a perfect design for our outdoor space. The process of the build was done within the parameters of the contract, but seemed to drag on longer than I expected. Be prepared to have patience and then enjoy the final outcome.

Over the years, I've developed a healthy skepticism for contractors. True Blue Pools were good with their word 100% of the time. They were excellent communicators. I never had to wonder what was going on, and they honored every commitment until the job was done. The pool and spa resurface they did looks fabulous. They were knowledgeable and had recommendations based on their experience that helped me settle in on options for the job that would be long lasting, beautiful, and economical. They are a family owned business and are my go to pool contractor for life. I happily recommend them to anyone for pool and spa work.

Scheduled appointment for quote only to be told that a time would have to be scheduled with their subcontractor for the electrical portion of the job.This place brought up more possible issues that nobody else had mentioned.He walked out cuz he didn't want the liability of the work I needed done.

Hello Heather, I am sorry you were upset with the outcome of our appointment. Our company declined to provide a quote for what you needed done because we were not comfortable with performing that type of work. Hopefully the contactor's names I provided were able to assist you.

This company was a joy to work with. They took care of the smallest of details and the follow up was great. I would recommend them to anyone!
