I have taken my Ram 3500 pickup here for service twice for the same issue, check engine light keeps coming on when it goes to the regeneration process (+ recalls). It is now on again. (All within 3 months) Plus, they couldn't even do a tire rotation and alignment because they said they didn't have the right lug wrench and their lift couldn't accommodate the size of the pickup. How do you sell a vehicle you can't service? And how do you continue to not service the same problem? I live an hour away and have had to pay Ubers as well. Is my truck a lemon or do they not know what they are doing?
