My positive experience with this company began when the young lady answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She was my first line of contact and her pleasant demeanor was immediately appreciated. Next up, wonderful technicians. Giovanni was on time, both men were extremely polite and professional and let me know what they did to remedy my broken fireplace.Report

I installed a new Nest thermostat and immediately got an 'e74' error. They came out next day and we're very respectful, professional, and informative/patient. They fixed the transformer on my heater which blew because of the Nest and got me back up and running within 2 hours. Idk s**t about HVAC but I feel like I got a great deal for the work they did, the timeframe they got it done in, and the level of customer service from all parties. If it ever happens to you, call this company ?

Josh and Giovanni checked all aspects of the house heating system. They cleaned the intake vent and checked under the house to see if all the ducts were connected. The heater was working but leaking heat under the house. They recommended replacing the ducts. They were very polite and explained everything thoroughly.Report
