We took my dad’s Dodge Challenger here a couple of months ago. The passenger side window kept going partially up and down all day even when the car was off. It kept draining the battery. He had just bought a new battery about a month before we took the car to them. They told us that a dome light inside the car was killing the battery. We were charged around $230 dollars for them to tell us that. When we took the car home, we noticed that the window was still going partially up and down. We took the car back and they said that a bad battery can cause that. We told them that he hadn’t been long purchased a battery. Anyway we spent $400 on another battery . The car ran for about a week and then would not start because the window was still going up and down. They told us to bring it back and they would have to do something to check the electrical system. That would be another $300/ per hour, but they said that they would not charge us for more than 2 hours. That would not include however much it would be to fix the car once or if they ever found out what was wrong. We did not go back to let them do this. I failed to mention that the first time we went there and pulled up to the service dept, the guy did not come out to check the car in or anything. He just told us to leave the key in the car and they would get it……that should have been a red flag. Anyway when it was all said and done, we went to Milton Rueben Dodge Chrysler Jeep on Washington Road in Augusta, Ga. As soon as I pulled into the service area, the guy told me right away what was wrong with the car. It was the window relay. They fixed it and we haven’t had any more problem since.

I’m sorry this review is so long, but please pay attention to these reviews. Go to another dealership. Don’t go here. I’m not really sure what the problem is, but something is not right. Somebody does not know what they are doing. I don’t see how they are still open. We don’t ever plan on going here again. It seems like a rip off. BEWARE!!

I forgot to mention that when you call to check on your car, you will do good if someone answers the phone. If someone did answer the phone and you leave a message to have the person that you need to talk to to call you back about your car, they never do. You have to keep calling back.

Would like to give negative star review. Absolutely appalling experience with this dealership. Unable to diagnose issues and repair problems but more than that is the terrible customer service and absolutely shocking communication. Understaffed and no care for the customer. Nobody knows what’s going on and cases get passed around with no follow up or communication with customer. No effort made to remedy even further up the chain, they simply do not care. Absolutely would not recommend. Have had a vehicle with them for 2months and still not resolved and I have to call everyday to follow up. No effort to even attempt to understand customer point of view. No loan car, no offer to discount, still just unresolved issues and no vehicle to drive.

Terrible experience. Lazy sales people. Sending me 20 emails, but never answering questions directly. Don't believe me? Ask them what the actual, out the door, price of a truck is and see if they give you an answer. Using another dealer.

I have no words for this worthless service department at this dealership. They are so incompetent that they can barely change oil. My jeep has had electrical problems for a while but every time I take it in they act is if they can't find anything wrong with it. This time I told them that my doors no longer automatically lock when I start to drive, when I go to start my jeep it will randomly say push the clutch to start AND I DON'T HAVE A CLUTCH!. When I go to start it, Rubicon will go across my screen I DON'T HAVE A RUBICON!!! They called and said it was ready and when my husband went to pick it up they said all it was was a low key fob battery. Of course we did not accept that because my doors were still not automatic locking when you start driving. We just got called again the other day saying it was the battery and auxiliary battery that needed to be changed. Doors still not automatically locking. Now they tell me my jeep may have done it when I bought it but according to the manual, it is not equipped to do so. WHAT IDIOTS! I asked for the owners name and got it but I couldn't get his info of course. Not sure why the owner can't be contacted if they are doing such a great job. The owner really needs to read the reviews for this place. I'm surprised they are still open. DO NOT GO HERE

I am adding to this review. Did anybody notice that the "owner" only responds to the positive reviews???? and my husband called the jeep dealership in Columbia and guess what??? the automatic locking system that my jeep didn't come with is now working properly because they (in Columbia) told him what to do over the phone. Aiken had it for 2 weeks and charged me for 2 batteries that didn't need to be changed out because they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

Jordan was great the 1st time we went, told us to get my proof of income and come back and theyd get us into a new truck...we bring it up there a momth later, But she wasn't there this time and got some guy 3 hrs before closing who didn't want to be there, they didn't ask any of my Financials after being told we needed to bring my proof of employment to be approved for the truck. Gave us papers on our credit scores that dropped significantly in a month?! But couldnt tell us why, said that my husbands truck payment would go up alot but couldnt tell us how much or anything.. so it went from needimg 8k for a down payment, to needing my proof og income to help us get a truck, then to our credit score is too bad to be helped after the 2nd time we were approved by a finanicing company ...The guy we had was tiktoking couldn't answer any questions we had, the older man who first asked us was nice but passed us onto this guy said he had a customer then started watching the tv... couldn't be more unwanted environment. My husband and I are beyond upset and would like a manager who gives a shit to give us a call!

Absolutely non-sensical experience at this dealership. I worked with salesman Mike Martin who helped me buy a car I had found online. The entire time he kept claiming they were unable to find the car, so I wasn't able to test drive it. I ended up finalizing the transaction as I had driven from over 2 hours away and the vehicle has options that are difficult to find. I was told before I left that the car was found and would be delivered today. After not hearing from Mike all day, I called yet again and finally demanded the truth, to which he advised that the car was STILL lost. The infuriating part in this is how no one at the dealership would ever give me straight answers and just kept trying to brush me off. For some reason they expected I still wanted the vehicle if they "found" it. Not to mention, I was prequalified with my preferred lender before I even came. They proceeded to run my credit with 4 other lenders, so now my FICO score has tanked and I still don't have a car. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SHADY AND DISHONEST.
