They came in and did a good job - they were efficient. Tree looks excellent. They were careful taking stump grinding equipment across newly laid travertine.

Asked to get a quote for a tree removal which was competitive with others who came out. They took our 1K+ deposit and then once the check cleared called to say that they needed an additional 1.2k as the alley was smaller than anticipated. Needless to say the city hasn't changed the shape or size of the alley since our quote. Interesting timing.

We sincerely apologize Mr. Dregely. This job should have just been canceled and your money refunded. The crane could not fit down your alley, which is our fault during the bidding process, but due to the fact you did not want any divots, pine needles, or mess of any kind in your back yard that means that we would have to carefully cut and lower everything into the alley. This significantly increases our time on the job and would result in us spending all day on this removal. The price for an all day job is over $3,200 plus dump fees but we only asked for a couple hundred more to help offset a small amount of the cost we would be eating as you were only bidded an extremely low $2,500. Again, our deepest apologies but we were trying to be as fair as possible. We do appreciate you giving our company a chance and hope you have a wonderful holiday season.

We installed Solar on our home. We were told that our one tree needed to be topped off. The arborist that came to our home explained that our tree wouldn't survive, it would not grow out enough by summer and it would be sunburned and die . We chose to have the tree removed. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We had a second tree trimmed and fertilized. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their trees taken care of.

I had several large trees that needed to be trimmed, as well as treated
for disease. They explained and informed me of the process.
I was educated about all my different trees, and what would work best.
They were prompt, and professional.
I would recommend them highly.
