Add ReviewI can not say enough about this store and the excellent staff! I am a current sprint customer, Jay and Keri explained in a way i understood why my phone was no longer working. They switched my entire account over to the tmobile network, saved me over $100 a month. We got a great deal on the iphone 13 even technically being current customers and got a new apple watch for a steal! Jay & Keri were both professional and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Thankyou guys so much and when we need anything in the future we will absolutely be back to only this store!Report
I would go to any other t mobile store except this one. I hey don't care about the customers, they are rude, lazy and unpleasant. Extremely Rude! Walked in at 4p. where I had a 4p. appointment, no one else was in the store. I was the ONLY customer. 2 men behind counter, no hello, no welcome to Sprint, or a how can I help you. Nothing. Had purchased online an upgrade phone. They had my record of the purchase and refused to help saying I was not on the account. Told them I was & had this problem last year at another store where the other store contacted Sprint IMMEDIATELY to resolve the problem. Was able to upgrade 2 phones last year. Today at Bethel Park store, these 2 never attempted to figure out why my name was not showing up on their computer. Only showed sig. other. Yet, they can see a record of my information, sale of upgrade phone and that it was already paid for online. Yet, the 2 men were extremely rude. They said they will not help me. I happily left & called Sprint. Sprint Cust. Svc via 800 # was nice. I informed them of how rude these employees are. The 800 gentleman profusely apologized for them as they also see I am a Sprint customer for over 14 years. The 800 folks were upset that employees at a store would be so rude to long time customers. I told them I will not go to this store to get the new, upgraded phone. I will go to the Sprint Store at Bill Green Shopping Center@ 10 Old Clairton, where they were extremely helpful last year when upgrading. I chose the Bethel Park store today because it was closer--But will never go to this store again. When upgrading a phone, you usually purchase new cases or accessories--I refuse to buy/spend my money in the Bethel Park store...why should rude staff be rewarded with any sales-accessories or otherwise.Report
