Travis County Appliance Repair

Have used them several times over the last few years. They’re good about communicating re: scheduling, and they reliably show up as booked. Everything they’ve fixed has held up. Have told me on occasion (for free!) that it’s not worth the cost to try to fix, and to buy a new one instead—which is appreciated.

Excellent service. Our tech, Alex, was personable, professional and knowledgeable .He diagnosed the problem with our Bosch Dishwasher and repaired it in one day. He explained the warranty and assured us they would make sure the dishwasher was working like new. Thanks Alex.

One of the best referrals I've ever gotten was for Travis county Appliance Repair, when my fridge suddenly stopped working and I didn't have the warranty paperwork and was afraid of the cost. But the professionalism of Travis County appliance repair was fast fair and treated me warmly when explaining the issue and the repair. Fixed my miele dishwasher and saved me from an expensive replacement. I appreciate that used moving blankets to protect my floor. Kept my kitchen nice and clean. Even taught me some things I didn't know about my dishwasher and how to maintain it! Will be using them in the future.
