These guys are awesome. They provide me with such an excellent service experience. Don't know how the sales team is. But the service team is kind, professional and courteous. Worked with Kevin and Brian and they both were amazing and very helpful. I am bringing all my Toyota cars here for service now.

Doesn't answer phone calls. Calls get disconnected when calling in. Lost a sale… sorry you can't answer your phone!

Very disappointed with the very high cost they charged me to fix the Battery wiring issue and multi-point inspection. Even during pandemic companies like Toyota are doing this to customers is unbelievable.

Our certified technicians only use OEM parts in repairs to ensure a high quality resolution to your car's issues, and this may mean that the price of repairs is higher than at other shops in the area. That's the words from Zyn of Tracy Toyota said to me as I waited in the service line.

Not, do you have an appointment or comeback when you have an appointment. My car was leaking oil and I needed help and Zyn did a phenomenal job in taking care of my situation. I am grateful for Tracy Toyota to have such a loyal employee. Thank you!

No pressure, just given the information I asked for until the car I wanted got sold.
Deepak then gave me options on other cars.
We found a car that definitely checked all the boxes.
They gave me a fair price for my trade in.
The purchase was a pleasant experience all around
