We recently purchased our vehicle from Tracy Mazda. The negotiation was done mostly via text with our salesman, Reshad, and it was easy to communicate with him. Once we agreed on a price, we drove 90 minutes to the dealership to complete the deal. Rashad was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process and made it easy. Even finance was quick and easy, which was appreciated since we had a 90 minutes drive back home. I found everyone that we interacted with to be genuinely friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the assistance from Fritz, one of the other sales staff, who was there to support Reshad while he tended to another customer. Overall, it was a low pressure, friendly purchase experience.Report
I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. For starters, I checked out some vehicles at other local Mazda dealerships and was not pleased with the service. However, from the start to finish of the buying process with Tracy Mazda we had an amazing experience. I would specifically like to show gratitude towards both Fritz and Josh as they demonstrated patience, product knowledge, and provided a welcoming environment allowing me to feel comfortable buying my first new car. Sales rep failed to gave us final interest rate numbers. Finance manager tried to pull a fast one on us by telling us how we can save money getting the service plan by lower our interest rate. But what he really did was jack up the interest rate and tell us he can lower it (to what our interest rate would be anyways) if we sign up for the service plan. YMMV be wary of the finance manager and just say no to service plan they offer.Report
We bought a CX-5 and a CX-50 yesterday. Great experience! The sales person, Reshad, who helped us was very helpful and friendly. He made the process easy and fun. The Sales Manager, Milton, also made us feel at home. Vasek, the General Manager, actually did the finance paperwork with us. Really appreciated his attention and friendly manner. All and all, we highly recommend buying your next car here. 5 Stars!Report
I inquired about a Mazda online and was still shopping around over 3 weeks span there dealers had been calling me texting me and even left a rude message saying I inquired last year which was a month ago this is 1/31 !! And he would like to know what we really are doing here !!! A very awkward and blind sighting experience. But the biggest problem was being bombarded by the manager rushing out and saying he didn't know about the arrangement, asking if it was discussed days before when in actuality, it was just discussed within the past couple of hours and approved by the manger.
It seemed as if the manager was looking for any reason to not allow this test drive to happen, and I strongly believe that was based on a discriminatory premise as there was no concern/guardrails/policy communicated over the phone or in person. No attempts to remedy the situation.
Its 5 years later, I live 2000 miles away and I still get junk mail from Tracy Mazda every week.Report
