Tracy Ford

When we went to this ford was the bestest day ever or the bestest decision I ever made. GREAT PURCHASE!

We went to this dealership because when I inquire through online and they are the ones who contacted me first, which is his name is Juan Delgado. We had an appointment to see him the same day because my 16 year old Honda is a lot to have a problems but that Saturday was just felt the right time to buy a new car, we are on our way to the dealership but the traffic was really bad from 40 mins drive into an hour and half drive so we have to go u-turn and reschedule. Juan is so nice to tell me that I can come on Sunday even though we know that Sunday was really difficult for the retail and sales person because I used to work on a retail job. So we went first thing in the morning at 10am then Juan wouldnt be able to make it because he is off so he told me that Brendan will help us, but we had a call from James that he will be the one who will help us. Im already shocked how they're really friendly and helped us a lot. I never been to a dealership to buy a car, this is my first time which they helped me with this too especially COVID pandemic hits your work. Which is thats the best! Your first time in a dealer and they made you feel so comfortable and stress free! I never felt so stressed, and forced to buy a car. We are there for 3 hours because Ive been test driving cars. Then, here is Essan, he helped us alot! Alot! I am not exagerating when I said alot. He did a great job with his work he let us feel that we can do it. James came back and forth because we want specific monthly and money down but we ended up compromising for the amount which we are haooy about. I was really happy about this purchase and the feeling that I wont have anything to worry about. They (Juan, James and Essan) is the greatest team ever that we met! And we promise that we will come back for more. Til next time!

I Have been to many ford dealerships and trust me I also used to work at ford aswell definitely know how most sales associates act, but this ford gave the best service, communications, and courtesy to me and my wife. Essan was our financial advisor and boy did he come out on top making all the hassle you usually get free of stress, he did an awesome job handling the process and took the stress off my wife's shoulder helping us in a crisis of need. Essan was easy going and understanding aswell and did all the work that we should have done and taken it under his care and made sure we got what we wanted,, we are greatful to have meet Essan he made our visit memorable especially before Christmas coming up, hope hope he is up on a promotion soon he deserves one. From the same morning coming into the dealer and also coming out with a new car with such a smooth process I would highly recommend this dealership and would drive miles just to go back here and get my future cars.

Excellent customer service. Essan made the process of purchasing my first car very easy!

I havent even bought a car yet and james has been the most helpful car salesmen ever! Im coming in to look at cars tomorrow and I know hell he able to help me no matter what! He deserves a promotion, hes very honest and not misleading!

Sure enough, 6 years after taking my truck here for warranty service, my wife and I were ready to purchase a new Explorer for the family, and based on my past experience here, we knew our first stop would be Tracy Ford. Julio was quick to greet us in the lot and provided great customer service. He let us test drive an Explorer they had on the lot, and was able to find us exactly the Explorer we wanted within our price range at a nearby dealership. Although it was late in the afternoon, he tried to get it delivered that evening. We were happy either way to get it delivered to us the next day and he quickly had it perfectly detailed and filled with gas for us. He spent some time getting the Explorer linked to our phones and had us quickly in and out of the dealership with our new car.

I'd like to shout out Essan sahel finance director at Tracy Ford. Who not only went above and beyond but made me feel like family N not just a customer. Really went to bat for me getting me financed an placed in a vehicle that fit both me and my family. When others would have given up on me you helped se me thru to the finish thank you brother.

Bought a used vehicle with the worst & misleading response. I had everything ready, I had my own financing & just need the reassurance if they had the bank institution on there system. Was told yes multiple times they CUDL, I kept asking for if CUDL with my institution.

Now the most disgusting experience was with the financed manger was the worst experience ever. "Buddy you are on your own", we don't give second keys we where being nice." Had waist my work day to fix there stupidity of verifying my bank institution was on there CUDL system. The sales manager is an egoistic person. He did not help my bank loan officer get the situation sorted out & give me my loan I initially was approved with my OWN BANK. Buy used & they treat you less. Will never go through with them.
