What a great experience. Robert was so amazing, Aaron Crum super helpful and easy to understand all aspects..but besides the great cx service. What a good business for all priced vehicles. We were treated amazing in such a high end car lot even though buying an affordable vehicle, we didn't miss any wonderful experience they had to offer...and we went super late and stayed past hours(like 2) till we were satisfied. Wow, just wow.... Easy, helpful and down right just awesome. Highly recommend to spend your money where it matters. Way to go, changing car experiences for all.Report
Was there last night and AJ greeted us right away. Super helpful and got me into a new 4Runner that I’ve been eyeballing for a little while now. Bought a car here 18 months ago. Noticed when I purchased new tires that the wheels have locks on the bolts but they didn’t provide me the key. I brought my car back to have the tires put on. They upsold me on an alignment and I went for it without a fight , even though it had been an hour and it would take another. When I got it back, I noticed the locks were still on the wheels. They had unlocked the lock bolts, changed the tires then put the locks back on. When I asked, they salesman told me it would “only cost another $60”. He had the balls to give me his card.Report

Update: changing from 2 stars to 3 stars. After a lot of back and forth, I did set up an appointment to get the lock bolts changed out. It was not easy and there was not clear communication on what needed to be done. But the issue is resolved now.
Shannon Smith made the buying experience nearly painless. He listened to our needs and wants, found the perfect vehicle, and got us a great deal. He made sure that everything moved flawlessly through the process, and that we were familiar with the features of our new RAV4 before we left the lot. Thanks!Report

Do not do business with this dealership, they are all helpful and friendly until they have your money. It has been over a month since I have paid them and still have not received a title. Have been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone in titling or their management. They don't answer their phones, they don't return calls. To the point where I have to threaten to take my money back and make them come pick up my car. Completely unprofessional, the salesman I was speaking with had to take a note over to the next office for us to get a call back. I buy cars all over the USA and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.Report
