Toyota South

Had a gas leak in my 2022 tundra and after a little research found out, it was actually under a recall for that exact problem. It was a Sunday when I found out about the problem so I just drove down to Richmond at 8 AM and spoke to the manager of the service department. It was extremely nice and immediately got me in and back on the road within a couple of hours. There was another recall having to do with the programming of the parking break that they did as well. I’ve had work done at Green’s and also Toyota on Nicholasville and the Customer Service isn’t even close, compared to Toyota South in Richmond.

We had a great experience at Toyota South in Richmond, KY. The staff is courteous and helpful. Our Sienna, though a 2018, was in pristine condition and we are very happy with it. Josh P was excellent and we would highly recommend asking for him!

The salesman was great. He listened to everything I mentioned. The only kicker was I asked I gentleman who a certain person was, and he ignored me. Blamed it on donating blood. I've donated blood my whole life and never acted like that towards someone.
