This is my fifth Highlander with Scranton Toyota. the sales and finance Departments handle your sale in a timely fashion and explain everything very much in detail. In addition, the service department is top-notch.

Let me start off by saying this was probably the best car buying experience I've had hands down! From the phone call, the test drive, and even down to finance. This dealership knows how to handle their customers. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I truly had a no pressure, make an informed decision buying experience. David Baum was the most understanding and informative sales person I've ever met. He needs to start a training class for other dealers!!!

The manager Scott was a super nice person. He gave me a reasonable offer without me having to go back and fourth all night. Even though I came in later in the day, not once did I get the impression that they were rushing the deal to go home.

Finance is usually where things fall through but not here. Justin Chaverez sat down with me in his office and went over line by line explaining every thing in to expect, what was included, and what they can offer. Another no pressure experience, he gave me time to go over my options and make an informed decision on my purchase. For what it's worth I greatly appreciate it.

I will 100% be buying my cars from here from now on. If you are looking for a Toyota and don't want to deal with the dreaded dealership experience, I can promise you this is the place to go. No pressure, no sing here now and get out... Very relaxed environment with great people. It's like they took the best people from all the dealers in NEPA and stuck them at Toyota of Scranton.
