So, on my way home from kfalls, I ran over a push Broom at about 70 miles an hour. There was no visible damage, however, I lost all safety features and 4 wheel drive. I made an appointment with your service department. I had a 10 am appointment. I arrived at 938 am. I was told to pull into the bay and stand by the truck. I stood there for 15 minutes while one person after another walked by avoiding eye contact with me for some reason? Finally a lady came over and took my keys. I watched my truck drive into the repair area and than turn out to be parked against the back wall? It was almost 10am? It sat there until 1056am! I inquired as to why it took an hour to get my truck in when I had a 10 am appointment. I was told that he was putting in a note to make sure I got an update by noon? No explanation for the hour delay. A little after 12 I received a text with a video. I was very confused as I was 10 ft from the guy. It was showing my air filter and tire wear?! I was very confused, as I didn't bring it it for that. I asked the service rep what was going on. I'm paying for Kendal to figure out what happened to my truck, not to give it a maintenance inspection. I have now been sitting there for over 2 hours. I got him to stop what he was doing and show me what a Broom did to disabled my truck. I was told I'd have to wait until the mechanic got back from lunch. So after getting upset at how much of my time was being wasted, and work I didn't ask you to do was done and no one can tell me why my truck is broke?! So he read in and realized I wanted answers and was able to show me that a wheel sensor had been ripped out of place. He told me he could have the part there by the following day. I was surprised that you didn't have not one in stock? So I said, well how do I get home. That's when I was told I can't get a ride home, I live in la pine. Well great. So I sat there for 3 hours, and now I'm stuck. Why am I paying for an inspection I did not ask for? Why did it take an hour for anyone to look at the truck? Is your time more important than mine? Why now is it going to be Dec 23rd before you can fix it? Why is kendal doing inspections and charging me for them when I only asked you to tell me why my truck has a dashboard full of blinking light and no 4x4? That's it! You seem to have lost touch with your customers and charging for work not requested. I already know it's due for maintenance! What I don't know is how a 40k vehicle can be rendered damn near inoperable and no 4x4! Due to a Broom hitting a wire on a wheel sensor. I know that's a manufacturer flaw not yours, but I'm paying you to explain what happened and not that I have good rubber on my tires and need some maintenance! I should not be charged for things I didn't ask you to do. Very disappointed in my experience with you. So here I sit in the beginning of winter with no 4x4 abilities until after xmas?!Report

This had to be my easiest vehicle purchase ever. Saw a truck online one evening, sent a message. Almost immediate response, setup a time to see it next day. Met Randy at the dealership. Test drove the truck, had to go back to work for a bit. Came back and zero haggling. They got me a better rate with Toyota. Entire process was less than 2 hours. Love the truck!Report
