I am so excited about my new car and feel like I got a fantastic deal! This was my first time buying a car, and while the process had its stressful moments, the team went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. I had my concerns walking in but after working with the team, I felt like they were being honest and transparent throughout the experience, which really mattered to me being first-time buyer.Report
The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any of my questions. I truly appreciate their efforts to help me walk away feeling confident in my purchase.
Overall, I am thrilled with my car and the deal I got. It truely feels unreal. This dealership had great service and a hardworking team that got me my ideal car. Thanks for making such an important moment a memorable one!
We purchased a brand new 2024 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Tri Cities in May of 2024. Due to high demand and manufacturing issues, we did not receive our vehicle until November 26, 2024. During the 6 months that we waited for our vehicle to be manufactured and shipped to the dealership, we were unsatisfied with the level of communication we received from the sales team. Every status update we received was prompted by my husband calling the salesman. Often, we'd wait days for a return call from the dealership. Messaging was inconsistent. Upon arrival at the dealership on Nov. 26th to pick up our new car, we discovered that the car had a 2nd row bench seat instead of 2nd row captains seats, as we were promised in the specs. The dealership apologized for the error, but no effort was made to either adjust our final purchase price or provide another means of compensation (gas card, etc.) to acknowledge this oversight. We were disappointed that no effort was made to make this right, as this was one of the most important features to us given that we have kids, a need for easy access to the 3rd row, etc. I want to emphasize that our in-person conversations with both our primary salesman & sales manager were wonderful -- they were kind and sympathetic, but no action followed to make this oversight sting a little less.Report
UPDATE: I spoke to the Customer Relations Manager, as the reply to my review suggested, but still no action followed as a gesture of good will to acknowledge the fact that we did not get the car with the exact specs that we pre-ordered. The dealership indicated that the best they could do would be to buy our car back from us and order us a 2025 Grand Highlander, which could take up to a year to receive and for which we would have to pay many thousands of dollars more. This "solution" was neither realistic nor financially palatable. We were shocked that no effort was made to provide either a slight reduction in price or a gas card as a simple acknowledgement of their error. I want to emphasize that while all of the employees we met with were kind and sympathetic, the feeling never translated to any sort of corrective action.
Just bought a 2018 Trundra. Our salesperson, Edgar Garcia, was wonderful to work with. He was helpful and not pushy. He was friendly and did his job well. We had a very good experience because of him.Report
I had a wonderful buying experience working with Mikki Chandler at Toyota of Tri-Cities. If you are in need to a new or pre-owned vehicle, I recommend that you look her up.Report
One of the most positive experiences I've had with purchasing a vehicle.Report
I will always recommend Toyota of Tricities to anyone I meet!
I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee a month ago and I've only had one issue with it, which was the radio screen. They rectified the issue promptly and efficiently, resolving it within three days.
They diligently worked for four days to secure my approval for a vehicle despite my adverse credit history.
I highly recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
