I only had two problems with with my Camery 2012, they were unable to fix my tire pressure recording system after telling them in detail what it was doing even after bringing it up after paying for repairs it still was not working.

Still expensive, we gave you lots of tax breaks, you gave us jobs, build a monstrosity and still charge us top dollar for repairs. Thanks for this foolishness Toyota you are consistent.

Sales guy and manager were great. Issues started a 3 days after my purchase when I could not reach any service department members to get my car checked out for noises it had started making. I finally drove the hour there and was told they have nobody there to help me by a sales manager. I then canceled my extended warranty on 11/10/21 and found out on 12/20/21 that Toyota of Plano has never submitted any paperwork for the refund according to GS Admin(the warranty company). Now I am finding out that it will take another 15 business days, not including holidays, to process. Hope your experience is better than mine if you decide to buy here.

Went here to attempt to lease a car and do not recommend due to the following:

Quoted us a higher selling price (MSVP) and another Toyota dealership pointed this out when they looked up the car's VIN number in their system.

They gave us two options for the lease:
Either we deposit $1000 with the understanding that it would be applied to our lease at signing or we can let them hold onto our car's title until the day of signing. (At one point the salesman literally referred to it as "holding the title hostage".)

We opted to pay the $1000 since it was going to be applied to the lease anyways.

Later when we told them we decided to lease a different car elsewhere, they told us that all transactions are non-refundable.

They did not communicate non-refundability at any time during our conversations.

In hindsight, there were plenty of red flags that went unnoticed. I regret coming here and my advice to anybody considering them is to do your research and be very weary of anything they say.

They do a pretty good job. I've never had any issues and they run my car through the car wash without asking. The wait time for the completion of service is a while though.
