Bonnie and the team were wonderful with my recent lease of my Toyota RAV4. She listened to my needs and wants and made it happen and stayed in constant contact until I took ownership of my new car.

Very unprofessional and rude staff, the call attendant don't know what is customer service. This will affect Toyota brand very severely. I am pretty sure this location loosing lot of business due to poor service. Hope the management/ Toyota team will take necessary measures to improve the customer service experience.

If you go to Toyota of Morristown and looking for a seller, you must go find Bonnie. I just got a Highlander XLE from her last week. She's such a beautiful, nice lady to talk to in there.

If something matters is the relationship with the customer and Toyota of Morristown have that as a priority. Got my 2022 4 Runner from them and all the staff was very attentive. My sales person, Bonnie, did an outstanding job with the process.

It was my first time buying a new car the other day and I had been there earlier, Ignacio helped me but ultimately I ended up leaving to just check out a few other cars. I came back later that night - on a very busy Saturday - after Ignacio gave me some numbers on the phone to buy a new RAV4. The process was long and I had my entire family with me -- he stayed well after closing to answer all my questions and help my get the car I wanted after a few hiccups arose. We really appreciate him!! If every dealership salesman had his demeanor the process would be WAY less stressful for everyone. We went back because of how chill he was. If you go, ask for him!

People are very helpful in that place. Brien was really helpful person. He helped to choose the best car, best deal. He tried his best to offer me the best deal. Ray, the manager seems reasonable person. Thanks Brien and Ray to get the best deal!

Since I cannot reply directly to you:
I am not the person of whom you're speaking about in your response. This happened a few months ago and I just had the time to post this as I am very busy. Anthony who was very nice called us ASAP to try and rectify the situation as he witnessed it. We had already gotten a new lease by that time. We understand there is limited staff and we said that during our brief conversation with the manager. Thus why we stayed for so long and didn't leave immediately. Hopefully the woman of which you speak of gets this all sorted. All the best!

I have been a client with this Toyota for 23 years and I have never been so disrespected in an establishment. My mother and I went in with an appointment to return a lease and get a new one. We spoke to an advisor multiple times via email. Once at the dealership, the manager "sat" with us. He gave us the papers and walked around never sat down for more than a minute. He was on a phone call using his cell, extremely unprofessional giving that we were clearly waiting on him. I inquired about the total leasing price because it was not what we received via email and he said "well I'm showing you now what do you want me to do." I told him that I wanted a breakdown of the fees given that the numbers initially provided were different. I sat and did some calculations as he walked around. He clearly was not happy with me double checking his work. We were there for 1.5 hrs and he was probably sitting talking to us for 10 min total not at once. He then threw keys on the table told us the car we requested was outside for us, he didn't even take us to the car. The car wasnt the color we requested and we had issues opening the trunk but he was no where to be found given he never checked on us. Every time I would try to talk about the pricing he would disregard it, would interrupt, and wouldn't even answer my questions. 98% of the conversation was him standing speaking very loudly saying "this is all I can do." I wasn't even trying to haggle a price I simply wanted the breakdown of the fees. If you can't sit with a client to answer very standard questions then you should've told us to reschedule. In fact he took so long to get back to us my mother and I decided to leave and he didn't even notice until his colleague let him know. This dealership has lost not one but 3 loyal clients. The worst customer service I've ever received. A manager is a reflection of an establishment.

Hi Andrea, Not sure if you are the woman who was in our store on Saturday, but if this is you, I distinctly heard you tell the Sales Manager that you definitely did not want to consider leasing or buying a new car and you wanted to think about it. Our store was extremely busy and each sales person and manager was struggling and working with two or three customers at a time so as not to keep anyone waiting. If you are the person I am thinking of you seemed to be smiling and very happy as Alvin tried to assist you. Believe me we would LOVE to help you and your mother with returning your existing lease or leasing a new car. Alvin will be contacting you on Monday, and we truly did not mean to disrespect you in any way! We value your Mom and you. This is very upsetting and shocking to know that you felt disrespected! Thank you Andrea for clarifying this because I realized this was not you as well. I am sorry you had such a negative experience at our store and I wish I could undo what happened. Best wishes.

used to be great for years, then the last 3 svc appts were terrible service, dbl charged for one item, said they'd credit me on next service, but then would not. Also 6 hrs for an oil change, for both my Prius', each appt., in one week! my rep disappeared both times, then i found my car sitting in the parking lot out front, and none of the service reps knew anything about it, Both times! then my CC bill came in as Ryan Motors? What, did they sell their service dept? Not going back there again!

Bonnie assisted me with the purchase of my RAV4 and she was an absolute gem! She was was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air. Also the young man working the reception is the absolute sweetest.
