TownePlace Suites Seattle Everett/Mukilteo

Hands down the worst Marriott affiliated hotel i have stay at. They placed a hold of funds larger than discussed on my incidentals card. Was so disappointed I changed hotels for the remainder of my time in the Everett area.

This hotel promised me that I could refund a room for two nights costing over $550 dollars. Therefore, I did not go because I was verbally promised this had been refunded. This hotel did not refund me, told me they didn't care about my concern, then fought my credit card company so I couldn't get a refund.

I do not recommend this hotel based on their terrible customer service alone.

Unable to lock room. They did nothing to fix it.

Good place to stay if you are flying out of Paine Field. Will be better when they are able to staff their airport shuttle. Will stay there again.

Rooms are super clean. But know that housekeeping is not wearing mask when cleaning on site. Just a heads for people who that might be a deal breaker for.

Parking fees were exorbitant and ridiculous at $ 10 per day. Front desk staff couldn't even direct us to the freeway. Coffee and pastry were not replenished on a timely basis. We were also expecting eggs, waffles and other items normally on a higher end hotel. Couple manning the front desk were sadly lacking in English.

Big thumbs up. Flew in from Dallas on business trip. No complaints from me. Nice hotel

I have to say in all my years of using Marriott properties this has to be the most disappointing experience.
Let's just say this is the last place I expected to have any sort of discrimination.
But it was their front and center.
