Perfect location to walk around to Riverwalk and other attractions. The shower pressure was amazing the only issue i had with restroom was the way the door was because it opened in and blocked the mirror and sink and everytime I went in restroom I had to close the door they should have made it a sliding door other than that it had everything we needed fridge, microwave, dishes, tv.

Stayed here on a business trip. The faucet in the sink fell apart when I turned it on. My colleague had to be moved rooms due to a bug issue. The people are nice and the location to the Riverwalk is great. Parking is nonexistent so you'll need to valet park or pay for the garage, both options are pretty expensive.

Rooms were very nice and clean nice staff. free breakfast i wish it had a bit more options but free is free.

I stayed overnight for an event at the Alamodome. The room was pretty nice, though a little aged. The employees at the front desk were SUPER nice and helpful. Note that there's no real parking here. There are a couple of public lots nearby, but they look very sketchy. I used valet parking.

Now for the 3-star rating...the breakfast was TERRIBLE. They had breakfast sandwiches, all in a heated pan together getting all damp and mushy. The sausage was cold and undercooked. The eggs were... well, I don't even know how to explain it... Everything was just poorly heated from frozen, so I went for the yogurt. It was warm. I'll stop there, but do not count on eating breakfast here.

On top of ALL of that, I was charged twice for my stay. I haven't had a chance to call them about this, but am hoping they rectify it quickly. Will update once I do.

I'm not sure what the reviews on here are about. I had a great month-long stay here. My room was clean, and cleaned well when housekeeping came. My experience with the front desk staff and valet was nothing but friendly and professional. This part of San Antonio is loud, that's not the hotel's fault.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a half block from the center of the river walk. It's not the ritz, but it doesn't claim to be. It's an affordable, clean hotel in a great location.

Love the hotel and staff was helpful but they force you to valet park for $35 a day. Could have literally stayed at a more expensive hotel overlooking the riverwalk that had a parking garage for same price in the end ? (already priced it) otherwise liked the hotel and in a very good spot and in truth the Valet team are pretty good. Just upset about the pricing.
