They quoted me $18k for transmission, clutch, flywheel, and a few other things. I took it for a second opinion and there was nothing wrong. What more can I say?

Customer Service for service department is nonexistent. The service advisor I dealt with was rude and trying to gaslight me so much that I didn’t even want to call him out. It’s so bad that I even played along cause I actually pitied his lying skills…Like if you are going to lie, at least put a little efforts in it. If you value your property and sanity, please don’t bring your vehicle here. I’m glad that I dodged a bullet by having the opportunity to let them show their true faces. Sometimes you just let them talk and they bust their own ass. Just another service department, I suppose.

My wife and I had a super pleasant experience. We did most of the negotiating prior to walking in. {speeds things up} Then went in and meet this great little gal named Kaitlyn who didn't push us or try to change the deal or get us into a higher priced truck or any of the typical scammy behavior. She just did exactly what we wanted without the b.s. walking into those lions dens sometimes. Well done give her a raise boss man she's a rockstar

Great service on my 04 WJ. Showed interest in my cars issues, went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered/ concerns were taken car of. I have been coming to this dealership since 1992.

Terran was a great salesperson

Watch out for Ryan, Rich, and the General manager David. They're quick to blame anyone but themselves for how they choose to run the business. Poor follow through and inconsistent responses on policies. No one seems to know what they are talking about in management.

Very friendly and family vibe.
