I am always very pleased with how well the service team and mechanics communicate and get the job done at this dealership. I have been to many, due to traveling and moves, and by far, the Wenatchee Town Chrysler Jeep is the best, hands down. Very nice staff, showed me the 1500 series I was wanting to check out. Unfortunately none met my needs, but good selection of new trucks. 02/27/2025 went back to look for a 1500, and with the great assist of Juan Rios Vera, was able to find one for my needs. I highly recommend Juan to deal with as he is very knowledgeable about RAM trucks with their different models. He was able to point me in the right direction and provide the information that I needed to make a decision. Working with the Finace manager - Juan, was also an excellent experience as he is also very knowledgeable in the finance field. A 10 rating on my overall buying experience.Report
