This is the second car I have bought from this dealership, the first was a new Grand Cherokee in 2021. Paul Jarolimek helped me with my first new car purchase and it was a very easy and pleasant experience. When I was in the market for my next car, I knew I wanted to go back to this dealership and work with Paul again. Once again it was an easy and pleasant experience. I am very happy with the customer service, knowledge and helpfulness in making my purchase. I highly recommend Paul, he is awesome and so is everyone else I worked with.

We drove over from the Seattle area to look at a vehicle, during the test drive we discovered there was an issue with the 4WD system. We purchased the vehicle and our salesman Paul agreed to have it repaired at a dealer in the area for our convenience. The repair ended up being more costly than expected and required some discussions between us and the service manager Justin. We ended up getting the 4WD repaired, at a local dealer, with no additional costs to us. Thanks to Paul and Justin for the good customer service and standing behind their word on the repair. This is a quality dealership that is worth the drive.

We have bought several vehicles from Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge, over the last 15 years and have never had any issues.
Our salesman (Travis) very professional and friendly, would recommend him to anyone buying a new vehicle, it can also be said for General Manager (Clayton, whom we have delt with over the many years buying from Town Chrysler). We have never had any issues with anything we have purchased there.
The entire staff from top to bottom has been exceptional. In August of last year we purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon, very happy customers.

I had my vehicles oil changed and while being changed they noticed a coolant leak. Matt was very helpful with the process. Warranty took a week to approve and a part didn’t make the freight truck. Although I was upset Matt was very nice and kept updating me with what was going on. The dealership it’s self I do not rate a 5 star I rate their sales rep Matt a 5 start great guy and is great at what he does.

I went in just kicking tires not really looking for anything and Juan rios jr came up to me and with his great attitude and knowledge about pretty much anything he helped me drive out with a new gladiator. Would recommend!
