The owner is great. He was very professional and friendly. I called him multiple times and he answered every time. He had the tow truck to me within 20 minutes and gave me a great price. He sent someone else to pick up my car and bring it back to me. I'm very happy with his service. I definitely recommend him.

These people don't even know the meaning of professionalism, customer service or integrity!!! I called them at 2:00 p.m. today for a battery jump and was told by Alex that the driver's ETA was within 30 minutes. After approximately 1 hour had passed, I called for an updated ETA and was told by Alex that the driver had just cleared his tire change call and was EN ROUTE to my location and AGAIN said he'd arrive in about 30 minutes. I waited close to another hour and called back requesting to speak to the manager. Ronaldo or Reynaldo (mgr.) proceeds to tell me that it would be at LEAST ANOTHER 40 MINUTES before the driver would arrive! I explained to him that I had already waited over 2 hrs and when I asked him why the driver never came, he said he went on another call!!! So, I told him that I'm not paying full price to wait over 3 hrs. and he told me that they were canceling the service call because they REFUSED to adjust the price! I'll be sure to let ALL of my neighbors, family, friends, other online reviews, Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce know that these people couldn't care less about the people of their community that have paid their paychecks every week! You should be ashamed of yourself but in order for that to happen...you would need to possess a conscience which you obviously don't. You WILL reap what you sow!!!

Over the phone, the agent quoted me $60-$90 for the price of getting my vehicle hitched onto the ramp, he also stated once the driver has my vehicle hitched, they would charge $4 per mile travelled to the drop off location. I told him there was only a 1.2 mile distance between the pickup and dropoff locations, at which point he said the first 5miles driven are free and $54 per mile would be charged after the first 5miles. Finally the agent said the company charges $59 in the event that your vehicle is not at the pock up spot for any reason and the driver has to make a blank trip. This charge isnt refundable however it wouldnt be applied if the car is where the customer says it will be. When my tow driver arrived to me with my car, he hands me an invoice over $200, charging $90(hitch price), $8 in mileage, a $59 service charge eventhough my car was definitely at the pickup spot, along with an extra $68 which was not accounted for. Clearly I was mis-informed, well over-charged and taken advantage of in a moment of need, since my only other option would have been to allow my car to be sent to an impound and be charged triple that amount to have it released and sent to my house again. After i told the driver I couldn't afford his price, he reduced it by only $45(strange how the price seemed to depend on whether or not the driver felt like changing it, instead of the fees being a required part of the service) and even still i was being over charged. He even showed me receipts from past customers, attempting to prove the validity of the charges, but it just looks like these guys have a habit of adding hidden fees onto people's initial quotes, charging for mileage that was promised to be free, as well as threatening to have people's cars sent off to unknown impounds if the customer doesnt agree to pay almost triple the quoted amount. I can assure everyone, there was no communication failures, this was just a scam plain and simple.

These guys charge me 100 more dollars than what they quoted me one when I went to pick up my car from being repaired they said it came in with a bumper loose I have a BMW so that means it doesn't have a latch if this was a reputable company they would have put my car on a flatbed they hoist it up and tore my whole bumper, overcharge me and didn't even apologize
