Absolutely terrible. $40 to come out there. $85 to attempt to jump the car, another $85 to load the car onto the flatbed (electric car) then the cost of the tow on top. I should have just called AAA which does half of those for free . Absolute scammers
We contacted this place the day of needing service and they were very fast and reliable they are really Friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for assisting us we will be using you guys again.
To be fair, they warned me about the cancellation fee, so not one star. Initially thought two stars, but doing three since the tow operator eventually showed up without warning.
- No advanced notice by the driver as promised
- ETAs are of course estimates but twice as long as the estimate should get an update
- $49 cancellation fee even when no tow operator tells me they're coming
- Operator doesn't notify the tow operator of cancellation, shows up after about 15m cancelled
Since I didn't know anyone was in transit to me I disagree with the cancellation fee - if I knew they were coming (contacted by the tow operator as promised) and still resolved it myself then that's on me, and sure, charge the cancellation fee. In the end, they showed up and did nothing... $49 worth of nothing but they had time to notify the driver, the driver also should have notified me.
Disappointed, but not upset so there is that. If I have a choice in the future, I'll not call a company who has a cancellation fee just for talking to the operator.
GUY was an excellent service provider!! Lots of care and attention to detail amd made sure that we we ok all through this stressful episode. If you have to get a tow call Towing Falcons and ask for GUY!!
