This was a horrible experience. I kept getting lied to. I had a sick woman with me. After 6.5 hours of waiting and being told that the truck was on the way and being placed on hold without end and being cut off. I had to get this woman to her medication. Then my car was towed by the Highway Patrol. Then 7 hours later. I get a call from the driver asking me where is the car?Report

I needed my car towed from my house to the shop, and was very pleased with the service by Towing Concord. The person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and professional and told me how much the tow would cost, and when the driver would arrive. Not only did Kevin arrive on time, but the amount I was charged was almost half of what other companies had told me! Kevin was very pleasant, professional, and efficient and even showed me how to find my receipt on my phone. The only thing I recommend he do differently in the future is to let the customer know that there is an extra fee to pay by credit card. Overall I was very pleased with their service, and will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.Report

The driver was nice, however, the dispatch kept basically lying to me about the time it would take to get here. First was 30 minutes, called after 30, she said 12 minutes, called after 12 she said 10. After 10 she said will be there in a few minutes. Was a total of 1.5 hours when originally to be 30 minutes. Then the price was $231. for a jump!! I tried to get a percentage off due to having to wait so long and they would not budge. Not a good experience and will never use them again.Report

During the Covid 19 pandemic...I attempted to use this company.Gouging...Was there number 1 concern.THERE PRICES WERE OUTRAGEOUS AND A COMPLETE RIP OFF!! I needed my vehicle towed 2 miles away and the gouging price was $275.00 for a 2 mile trip... THIS COMPANY GETS A 0 ZERO.Not a 1 ???? star...A ZERO....FOR ZERO COMPASSION AND ZERO UNDERSTANDING...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY... CALL ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THEY SUCK!! ALL DAY...EVERY DAY!!
