John Martucci installed a new hot water heater, a furnace and a central air system for us. We paid him on November 5, 2011, and as soon as our check cleared, he would not show up as promised, or simply not return our calls. He never installed a furnace filter, which we found out when we tried to change it. Turns out he didn't leave room for one. He didn't mount the hot water heater correctly and told us he would give us a humidifier on the furnace (The bill states, “Supply and install 92% high efficiency forced air gas furnace and humidifier”). We had to get another HVAC guy to come and check everything out. He said there was no humidifier installed, the hot water heater was not installed properly, and he would need to fabricate a holder for the furnace filter. We lost $900.00 on the rebates because he didn't do the paperwork that he promised to do.

Called at 5 am after trying my heat for the first time, and it didn't come on ... Expalined that I had an elderly parent in the house, and desperately needed the heat on. not only did I get a real live person at 5 am, but the boss himself, who came over in 1 hour ... Took care of it and had it running in 15 minutes fior only the price of the service charge ... They made a customer for life !!! Four hours later the other guys I also called previously gave me a call back ... TCA really gives 24 hour service .. Unlike they claims of the others out there
