The customer service was spectacular! We had a bit of a bumpy start on our service, but through it all we were very pleased with the treatment we received and the end results. Jon made sure everything was done to the highest standard and that no stone was left unturned. If a new problem arose (which happened a couple of times!) he would roll with the punches and make sure we were all happy and on the same page. Satisfaction is definitely a guarantee with TopGun Heating and Air. I think we met almost the entire team and we didn’t have a single bad experience with any employee. Kindness and customer service was very important to each member of the TopGun team, and we felt like we were a priority. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I called at 4:30 in the afternoon they had someone there at 5:45 had it fixed before 7 pm. Austin was very respectful and very professional. Thank you top gun.

I submitted a request online before they opened and within 30 minutes I got a call. They scheduled me for the same afternoon and before Kyle left, I was no longer sweating sitting in my house! Just bought my house and the previous owners installed a split unit in the sunroom. It kept freezing up on me, he was able to find the problem and fix it and I'm very grateful. I will definitely be calling again for any future needs.

Our AC suddenly quit working last night. The AC unit is only 3 years old, and we figured it was a simple fix. We called the original company that installed the unit, and the soonest they could come out was in 7 days. We reached out to our neighbor whom we had seen Top Gun at their house several times. We called them-and mind you, this is on a Friday morning- and they said they could be out between 4-6 pm. They texted when they were on the way and arrived at our house around 5ish. He diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor within 5 minutes of being on scene. It took about 30 minutes for the whole repair and he even went up in the attic and changed our air filter.

We were totally impressed by this company and will probably use them for HVAC maintenance because they were so much more responsive than the company that installed our original and replacement HVAC.

Our A:C went out last nite. I called this morning really not expecting anyone to come out today but yay, Austin was there at 11:00 just like he said. The job was way more complicated than they initially thought but they stayed til the end to get our A/C up and running. These guys are the ones you need to call every time!!!! They will definitely do you a fantastic job!!

We had a competor come out who informed us the condenser was shot and we would need a new system. I immediately called Top Gun for a second opinion. They fit me in the next day, gave me notification when they were in route, and were extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kyle was able to identify the issue and had cool air running in no time. He took the extra time to provide useful tips to increase overall airflow and efficiency.
We greatly appreciate them taking the time to assess the actual issue and not immediately push a new system on us. They will be our first and only call when the time comes for all future work and maintenance.
