TopGun we’re very prompt in setting up appointments for both maintenance check and replacing my HVAC system and coil. Work took better part of the day but they were considerate and let know all that was going on, and even walked me through visual inspection of work once completed. Overall a good experience.Report

Had top gun do spring service. Live in condo and ac on roof. They said ac leaking freon. They checked my neighbors ac, not mine. Turned my ac on, and they still checked wrong unit. Neighbors unit needs to be replaced not mine.Report

Austin was excellent to work with, he put up with all of my HVAC questions and solved our freon leak quickly and cleanly. On top of great service, he went out of his way to replace an air filter that we don't yet have a ladder to reach. Although I do get a little credit for holding the ladder.
