Add ReviewThe people are so rude. I whitenesses a woman ( a secretary at that) belittling people and giving orders like she was the manager when asked for the actual manager and he actually arrived she still continued to speak to people like they were less than and he let her I’m not really sure where they learned customer service but I need to go back to school. I didn’t even use them because of the people who were there I turned around and walked away. Tom Williams you were losing money because your people in your collision center are rude they are very unhelpful and I’ve also heard reviews from other people steading that they drove their personal vehicles around like it was theirs somebody might want to get these people under controlReport
I recommend using a different body shop if you can. They take on too much business and do not do work in a timely manner. I made an appointment, had my car looked over and then scheduled another appointment to get my car fixed 3 weeks later. When I brought my car into be fixed they estimates it would be another 2-3 weeks because they did not order the parts yet. I asked if they could order the parts without taking my car apart and they said yes. I was not going to leave my car sitting on their lot and have to get a rental car when I could still drive it. They then stated I had to put down a deposit for them to order the parts. This deposit was never discussed in my first appt, or i would have already paid it. So I put down a $500 deposit. Then I called a couple days later and they still had not ordered the parts because an insurance agent had to look at my car first. They never called to update me during this time. I never would have known they weren't doing anything if I hadn't called. They said that they would coordinate with my insurance company and call back with a time to come by for the agent to look at my car. 1 week passes with no update. I called to ask for a refund on my deposit so I can go elsewhere. It takes 5 days to get a call back and confirmation that they will refund my deposit. No one apologized or even tried to keep my business. So if I were you, I would go to a different body shop, one that has knowledgeable staff that can complete your repairs in a timely manner.Report

Got an estimate approved it. scheduled appointment and dropped it off. 2 weeks later I call to check the status because i havent heard anything. I was quoted a week or two. They told me "I dont know what we are doing with it, can you come down and tell us?" Very unorganized. I was out of a car for two weeks for no apparent reason.Report

I'm am so disappointed in the service provided by Tom Williams Collision Center. I dropped my car off on 02/14/22 for a minor front bumper and rim repair/replace. I was told that due to Covid and delays in getting parts that it would take longer to fix which I was okay with and my car was ready for pick up on 03/03/22. When I picked up my vehicle on 03/03/2022, I noticed that my car was dirty, their was black hand smudges on the leather interior, their were coffee stains on the from driver seat and the console. The outside was dirty even the new front bumper had dirt all over it like my car had been used while it should have been parked. I then checked the mileage and when I dropped my car off it was 11837 miles and when I picked up my car it was 12057 miles. Also, my diver 1 and driver 2 car settings were deleted and my car was change to sport mode when I drive my car in Standard mode. So basically while my car was in the care of Tom Williams Collision Center someone drove my car 220 miles. When I contacted Tom Williams concerning the matter the General Manager Jerry Savages tells me that no one drove my car that he has a picture of my mileage and it was 12114 when it was dropped off. I advised Jerry that can not be correct since when I picked up my car it was at 12057 miles. Jerry talked over me and I had to interrupt him just to have a chance to express my concerns. Jerry, never showed that he care how this made me feel violated or made any attempt to rectify this situation but continued to state that no one drove my car. Please read my message before you decided to take your vehicle to Tom William Collision Center, even though the front office staff are very nice, you can't trust these people they have no integrity. I can not recommend and I will report this to my insurance carrier.Report
My wife's BMW has slight front end damage due to a collision with a deer. I decided to use Tom Williams collision center so that we would get Original replacement parts. So I made an appointment for an estimate hoping that I could just leave the car with them because we live 50 miles away. After the estimate was done we were told that the earliest appointment for repairs was April 18th. Why wasn't I told that when I made the appointment for the estimate??Report
