I want to first start off with the reason for my visit. I started considering selling my 2015 GMC Yukon when looking up the value of it on KBB. After checking out the cash offer option I then started the process of getting calls from various dealerships. Catherine Atchison from Audi of Birmingham reached out and she was by far the most personable and polite. Never did I feel rushed or pressured. She was courteous and let me figure things out on my time since I just started the process. After some great conversations I decided to come on in to meet with Josh Kervin. Once again, just like Catherine, Josh was extremely polite and courteous. He explained every part of the process and the honored the KBB offer to the penny. I have no doubt that they extend the same level of professionalism and courtesy to anyone looking to purchase as well. When were in the market for our next vehicle Audi of Birmingham will be the first place we stop at! Thanks again to Catherine and Josh!
