NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!! My battery died and apperently a cable came loose replacing it so I took it in fearing a bigger issue. Was scheduled out 10 days later... Schedule day comes all morning no one calls. So I call 10 times! You cannot get a live person on the phone and no one returns your message or texts. So Saturday so up in person they lost my keys and couldnt find me in the system. Told they wont look at it even though several business hours left that day that they will get it in first thing Monday. So call all day Monday same thing no one picks up no ome returns a message... So drive down there again just a loose wire a needs a battery. Service agent says no one authorized a new part so its been sitting there all day. Again no one even attempted to contact me. I tell them I need it back! Now its an hour before the shop closes front desk person has no answers, cant get a price quote and everyone acts like they have no idea whos in charge to file a complaint (another customer had simular issues and wanted to just tow his truck somewhere else). Its now 12 days later finally a service agent Ashlyn calls full of additude. Apperently they locked my car keys in their drawer so im so to be happy they werent lost just poorly handled. Ashlyn claims im not on the schedule today never gives me a price estimate, tries to gas light me about not having a proper number on file even though i got texts reminders a day before the orginal appointment. Completly rude again no price estimate at all just promise they will look at it as soon as possible. My partner goes down there its not scheduled so she has to tell them she took an uber here and isnt leaving without my jeep. Couple hours later she finally has my jeep after they held it for ransome of $922 for a battery replacement. $300+ for losing my keys wasting my time and gas and $500+ for a battery. Please dont make the mistake i made and allow them to hold your vehicle hostage! Never ever go to this dealership unless you want to have to go to the better business buruea after waiting two weeks for an hour fix. Also my partner who had a broken leg was told they would pull the car out for her and she had to track down the rudest customer agent Ashlyn to berate a service employee for what was probally another screw up on her part. Just trust me never ever give them your business youve been warned!

Again wish i could go negative stars for all around horrible service and not bothering with preauthorizatuon for an over priced part.

Marvin is a class-act & a champ. I'm in my 50s and that was the best car buying experience in my life because of him. The whole team at Bud Clary took great care of me. 5 stars.

I brought my van to Bud Clary Dodge for a transmission concern and let them know i had just had it looked at and diagnosed if he needed that information, and that it was under an extended anwarranty. The person assigned to me called me later to ask for a copy of the diagnosis and confirm warranty information. Then he let me know he would work on it and keep me informed. This was October 30 almost two months ago now. After a couple weeks I felt increasingly concerned because I asked for the diagnosis and an estimate, leaving several messages and calls to reach out. I explained that a written estimate could be a necessity just to search for possible help from an organization, in case their was any issue with coverage. He never responded to provide that information, so I went in person and asked and he produced it at that time. I explained my situation following up with him about any news from the warranty company. He said that he had to provide them photos and documentation of the tranmission showing metal shavings and that he's done everything he could to provide them what they asked for. I asked if he might follow up because I am the head of household at home with 4 kids, some with medical needs and my youngest child who just starting a pre apprentice program. He didn't seem that concerned so I shared more details.
My daughter has to have regular medical appointments for her brain tumor and my other son has several medical apts required for medication and stability. I am doing my best but cannot afford to pay for a rental if he forsees it takes very much longer, but if it is the warranty company I'll also follow up with them to see about any delays.

At that time he said again he's doing what he needed to and as soon as Dodge has a loaner vehicle returned he confirmed he would be able to get me one, as stated a text prior. He also said he would call the warranty place that day to check on the status.

On Friday November 22 I got a call from the service manager who let me know they were waiting for a release of interest but had not had any communication the release had happened and he wanted to see what i wanted to do. I let him know i had no idea a release of interest was what they were waiting on and if i had known i would've went to Sunset in person if i knew that held anything up. He recommended it get them to release it and just let him know so they can move forward. He said the original service person explained he could not get a response from Sunset. The mgr said he'd follow up and be sure I would get one and that he's sorry I didn't know about this, that he told the service person to let me know what was going on prior to this week. I found out that service person originally working with me this whole time, was no longer there as of this week. Sunset had no record of anyone calling out any messages from Dodge but called the warranty company on the spot to ensure the release of interest was completed. The warranty co. Let me know not only was there never any photos of my vehicle sent, there was NOT EVEN A CLAIM YET. I followed up with the service manager to let him know they released interest and Sunset, nor Warranty co. Had been contacted by any Dodge worker. He ensured me by Monday he would follow up to get all things started and update me. I called early the following week. I was just beginning to have hope. The service manager really seemed to show concern but to my regret i was informed the manager helping me was also no longer working there and several people walked out. I let her know the my family is facing terrible hardship. Without a vehicle i do not have the capacity to support my kids medical needs and due to the rental cost and time my van has been here there's no savings left. This van is our livelihood and survival. She also confirmed loaners would not be available again. I wrote to the BBB and they had no response. It's Dec. 19. No one will return any calls. My van is there and my family and I are devistated. I need help!

I’ve been going to this service location for several years and have never really been impressed but it’s the closest to where I live and most convenient. Unfortunately, it’s time for me to move on. The last straw was having my car towed in because the battery light came on while I was driving and then the car died as I was coming to a stop. The battery was not even two years old and I was told by the AAA tech that it was likely the alternator. Service said I needed a new battery and that it was not the alternator. New battery installed and they said the car was fixed. As I drove it later that night the battery light came back on. Brand new battery. I had the car towed to a different dealership. I've given the service department so many chances over the past few years. I almost never get a live person when I call them unless I choose the sales department. I've been there on a Saturday with only one service advisor working and waited over 45 minutes to drop off my car and again to pick it up. I emailed the general manager while waiting in line at that time and I never heard back from him. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but it seems to be a hot mess. The staff turn over in the service department is not a great sign. Not hearing back from the gm is not a great example of good customer service. I am not trying to be a jerk here. Just trying to give honest feedback since they’ve lost my business. Hopefully they can make some needed changes so they don't continue to lose others business.

I’m editing to add that I took my car to another dealership and they’ve confirmed that I need a new alternator which I asked Bud Clary’s service department about and was told it was not the alternator, it was the battery. The new dealership has also informed me that they’ve found leaks in a couple of hoses that Bud Clary should have caught when they did the 90k service while it was there.

While I appreciate the apology, it’s just too little too late.

I just bought a car from there last week and the service I got was simply amazing. Tony was so patient with me and gave me some great advice about the car and answered a million questions for me. I would definitely go back to them if I buy another car.

Took truck in for 3rd time for same issue the morning of 12/17/24. Got a text that truck was ready at 2:40pm. Tried calling/texting roughly 15 times over a 2 hour timeframe to have the shuttle pick me up. All calls and texts went unanswered! Got a friend to give me a ride. Once I arrived I was hit with a $350 bill for tightening loose suspension bolts. Advisor said I had aftermarket shocks which is completely untrue as I bought the truck new and have never done anything to my suspension. I argued until I was blue in the face but in the end I was told it would be $350 to get my key back. Will never bring my truck to this dealership again!

This review is for the service department at Bud Clary Auburn WA Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Do not trust their service department. This is an extremely dishonest dealership. The service manager admitted to me they have an individual in the repairs department that is giving or has given inaccurate diagnosis for vehicle repairs. It appears they then pressure the customer into paying for the fake repair that is not actually needed. They told me I needed a $1000 repair, I learned I didn't. Thankfully I did my research. Taking money unfairly! Dishonest dealership! Get a second opinion and do not trust them.

I tried reaching out and no one answers the phone. You act like you don't know anything about it publicly. I discussed this with your service manager several days ago. I have a legally binding agreement with this dealership through your service manager to refund the cost of a false/fake diagnosis where the dealership tried to collect a thousand for a repair based on a bad diagnosis. Your business is now trying to evade the agreement. Acting as if you know nothing about it. Service manager Jason, assured me that the dealership management is aware, so why play ignorant? I have filed with the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Protection Agency regarding what I believe is fraud by this dealership. The dealership has been notified in Report number: 180453953. I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing fake reviews to try to repair a bad rating reputation.
