I have been using Remington as my service tech for about 10 years now. He is amazing. His work ethic is something you do not see nowadays. He is easy to talk with and he explains everything to you in great detail. He is extremely honest and forthright. He is very knowledgable & I trust him 100% If he has a recommendation for something, I will have it done. Over the years my rental property had an AC unit that was not taken care of properly. The nick name for the unitI gave it was "the little engine that could". He did everything possible to fix the unit and make it last as long as it did. When it was time to replace the unit, they did not try and
up-charge me nor sell me a unit that I did not need. Being it was a rental, they gave me the option of rezoning the duct system as it was not done correctly. When I asked his opinion on whether he would do it. I was told that being it was a rental unit it was not necessary. I chose to go ahead with fixing the issue simply because I felt like I was given a truthful answer & I wanted my tenants to benefit with less energy used. Other companies gave me a higher number to replace the unit but then offered a discount if I used them for my maintenance. I was given an honest quote from the very beginning. I highly recommend Remington for all you HVAC needs.

Just hired Mosburg for an AC issue we were having. They sent a technician by the name of Remington that was extremely knowledgeable. We called that morning and he was out early that afternoon and fixed the issue and spent the time explaining the condition of the system, cleaned and inspected everything and really made it a point to inform us to change the air filters on a regular basis. In addition we signed up for the bi annual maintenance thanks to Remington.

First I should say Mosburg Heating & Air came highly recommended. Our neighborhood chat was really happy with their service, honesty and professionalism. And I can now say that not only do they actually deliver a superb job (we had multiple contractors comment on how good their workmanship was), but also, they always put their customers first. And now honestly I wouldn’t trust my HVAC system to anybody else! Other companies seemed to shy away from the scope of the job, but they got it done beautifully. So get in line fast for a summer install, repair or service, etc. Or plan it for the cooler seasons, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Mosburg Heating & Air!

They are very honest and trustworthy, and they go out of their way to help their customers. Tiffany is awesome and so is Remington. They explain everything, no hidden fees, no upselling. Excellent service

I do not normally post reviews. However, Mosburg HVAC was highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the office staff I talked to making the appointment to Remington's servicing our A/C unit. This is the kind of local family business you want to support. Straightforward, knowledgeable, patient and responsive to all my questions, I was very impressed and happy with the entire process. We have used this family owned company for years for repairs and maintenance of our old hvac system and finally replacement with a new system. They are honest, reasonable, and stand by their work. Mosburg came by recommendation from friends who had used them for years as well. Highly recommend.
