Add ReviewFacts: (1) two months ago, purchased an expensive chaise lounge for our patio and was assured our cushions and furniture would be delivered within three weeks; (2) never heard from them, so, in the 4th week, called and left message for salesperson, who never returned call; (3) in the 6th week, still hadn't heard from them, so called again and left message for salesperson who (again) never returned call; (4) called four days ago, spoke with woman who assured me that the sales rep. would contact me by the end of business that day, but I received no return phone call; (5) called again this morning, finally spoke with sales rep who blamed the manufacturer for not having our pillow choice in stock -- blamed not returning my previous 3 phone calls on "I've been busy" -- and was told that, if I'd wait another two weeks, he could have an answer as to when/if I'd get my $2,000 item. Cancelled order. Buyer beware.Report
