I ordered Butterfly Milkweed, and i cannot wait to see how beautiful they will be on my front porch. My package arrived in a very timely manner as i was tild it would. I am still loving the Blanket Flowers i had previously ordered and constantly am asked where i got them. Thank you and cant wait to see what other beautifil flowers i get from y'all.

Ordered plants - half looked pathetic and then have been trying for months to get them to make good on their “guarantee “ not worth the effort at all.

I ordered the shade fern combination package. I got the plants on a Fri evening, planted them Saturday. Unfortunately, so far, only 1 is growing. I noticed what looked like white fungus on one batch of the fern roots, so I got a feeling they we're not harvested/stored well prior to transportation.
We're on the 3rd week now after planting and watering daily. If for some reason the rest of the ferns start growing or the 2 Soloman's then I'll change the rating up from 1.

I have been selling fruit trees for a couple years, but recently renovated an old sow barn into a full fledged greenhouse and decided to go all in and start my side business. I ordered a variety of shrubs and trees. Everything was planted directly, stayed outside for one night and moved to the greenhouse the next day and supervised daily. The magnolias trees were not dormant, so that was difficult to plant outside in my zone, but we managed after a frost directly the night after planting, to rebound them after a couple months. All the pecans(50) never leafed out. Only a handful of 50 spice bush leafed out. The 100 weigela I ordered did as expected, only losing a handful in each set of 50 but were not the pink and red I ordered. All are white?! And the burning Bush are so leggy, that they won't look like bushes for at least a couple growing seasons and with some major pruning.

After contacting them, I always received short emails responses, the most recent said we'll just send you an email with a credit and I never received anything. Even with a credit I won't be ordering from them again. Severely disappointed with everything we ordered.

The first order was missing 4 plants and customer service would not send them to me or refund me for the missing plants. I had already placed my second order before I ran into the issue with the missing plants on my first order. It has been 5 weeks and they still have not shipped. I decided to cancel the order and instead of honoring my request to cancel, customer service said they would send it when it's ready. It has now been two weeks since customer service last corresponded with me. They have not cancelled my order or shipped it. It is now well passed the time I needed them in the ground.

Meanwhile several of the plants I received on my first order died within the first week (or were never alive, I'm not sure). I understand plants are finicky, but I planted several of the same species in the same area from different suppliers and they are all thriving. I was so excited about this company but I never would have place the second order if I'd known how disorganized and unresponsive they would be or how unreliable their product is.
