My wife and I are return customers to BMW of Silver Spring, purchasing a 2025 suv and a sedan. Our sales representative, Christian, was highly professional, most expert with the product and workspace, and delightfully collegial. He was an adept in managing a scheduling conflict that emerged at the dealership during the end-month sales push. Christian, singularly, provided the best sales engagement in our several decades of new vehicle purchases. We are familiar with the competitor BMW dealerships in the DMV area, and frequented a few in our vehicle search. Due diligence aside, there was never a question that we would follow through with Christian at Silver Spring.

My wife drove out of the Silver Spring BMW in her new 550e very happy!! Kan Zhou, our sales representative, worked with us throughout the process to find the right fit for our requirements. With 2025 models scarce, demand high, and potential tariff increases introducing uncertainty, he scoured the expanded area for a BMW to meet her needs. Working with his dealership manager, we came away with an awesome BMW 550e at a fair price.
Kan definitely knows the car business and extremely knowledgeable on all technical aspects of his product lines. A 👍to Kan Zhou and Silver Spring BMW!
