More About Timber Ridge

Timber Ridge offers summer housing to Vail Resorts Employees and the General Public. All units are furnished, and utilities are included, with the exception of telephone and internet. Housing is offered on a first come first serve basis, depending upon what is available and ready to rent when you arrive. Units are furnished with couches, tables, dressers, and twin sized beds. We do not provide items such as linens, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, microwaves, and personal electronics. Employee housing is a shared living experience. If you are planning to live with a friend, we encourage you to arrive together.
