Such a smooth, easy process! We bought a truck and had great communication and assistance from Tyler. He went above and beyond by staying a little late to allow us to view the vehicle since we came from out of town. Ryan did our financing under the pressure of a time crunch that we provided and even with fully answering all of our questions we were signed and out the door at the exact time that we gave him. Great experience and wonderful service!

My husband has been on the search for a new "used" truck! He came across a truck that caught his eye that happened to be at Thys. The only issue is that's about an hour and a half away from us. Let me tell you our experience was well worth the day off from work to make the drive! My husband called on a Friday and got Dave on the line inquiring if the truck was still available and let him know if so we plan to be there on Monday. Dave let him know that it was, but if it happen to sell over the weekend he'd let us know so we didn't make a wasted trip! Sure enough Dave reached out Monday morning to confirm it was still there. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure sales!!! Our entire process was very seamless and Dave and Ryan were AMAZING and the reason why!! They understood and had no problem making my husband happy! He had a couple requests they didn't even blink twice about!! ???? We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend the small town, family owned dealership!!!

I can't express my satisfaction with Thys Motor Company. I found a listing for an '03 Vette and put in an inquiry. David called within a few minutes. He sent pictures in which I placed a deposit. They were kind enough to hold it for a couple of weeks until I can work out travel arrangements (I live in FL). They picked me up from the airport, the paperwork took literally 15 minutes. It has never taken me that short amount of time!!! Most dealers you're in the finance department for an hour or more, spoiling the whole buying experience. David, Suzie, and Mike all greeted me when I arrived. Skeeter, the driver was gratious enough to pick me up and drop me off at the airport. They all treated me like a long-time friend and not just another customer. I HIGHLY recommend Thys to anyone looking for their next vehicle purchase!!!!!

I bought a Honda CRV 2019. They didn’t tell me it had an accident. The car now shows a lot of problems a few months later. I asked them about the warranty insurance that was included on the sells. I couldn’t get hold of the one who sold it to me. Whoever answered the phone only told me that he will call me back but nobody did. I’m getting tired of calling them! It’s been 3years and called them maybe four to 5 times but nobody called me back! What a customer service they have! They are good calling you many times when you are just buying, but once you buy it, you’re on your own!
