I’ve been going to this dealership for over 20 years now. I’ve literally “grown up” (from my late teens to my early 40s) with this dealership. Frank, Mike and the service crew at West Liberty have seen me through all of my Jeep needs (and meltdowns????) with the utmost care and always provide the very best customer service. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a place (and people) like this. I can’t say I feel the same way about any other company. Currently on my third Jeep Wrangler and a Jeeper for life, largely due to the team at this dealership. Thanks to all of you for all you’ve done for me over the years and for putting up with me! ??

Place does not have an in house body shop

Stopped by just to check their inventory and ended up buying a Jeep Compass. We loved the color and size. Salesperson Jim Bundy offered assistance and was very knowledgeable and patiently walked us through several vehicles without pushing any particular car. We are now driving in style and comfort.

They had the Wrangler I wanted.

I've been leasing Jeeps here for years! They're always super helpful both in sales and service!

Dealership offers better service than some of the other jeep dealerships.
