Towed there on a Saturday as service hours listed said until 4:00 pm. Service closed at 2:00 pm. Got worse as simple radiator hose replacement cost me over $1,000.00 and staff was rude! Sorry I went there and will not go back nor recommend them!!!!

Service department is terrible, one person says they have a loaner, one says they never did and yet I’ve gotten one before. Having to drive there they called me in to say it was ready, just to tell me it isn’t when I got there, and that it must’ve been a mistake. Miserable location and a waste of time.

The most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, Albert was my salesman and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to buy.he was very pleasant and never pressed me to buy anything I didn't want. Taylor also was great as was the whole staff. THANK YOU

My complete experience was top notch! I had a vision of where I wanted to be in price and it was met exactly. My lease was ending on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was looking to stay with a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got exactly what I wanted and more! Mike and frank in service lied to my warranty company stating that I never mentioned that my car was hard shifting back in May. But the service request that I submitted online mention it every time. Now I have to pay out of pocket for my transmission after i got stuck in gear while i was driving with my kids. They are very rude and are set in their old ways. I would not recommend at all having service done at this dealership. I was charged around 2000 for a tuneup.

Not honest people , sold a 19K car to a friend for 35K because he was not able to speak English and when we went back to talk they offer us 23000 so my friend lost 12000K IN A WEEK .

They cheated my friend who is not able to speak English with selling him a 2023 Subaru Impreza for 34K while the atcual price of the car is not more than 19 to 20k when asked how do they come up with the price the answer was ( it was 2 weeks ago????????)

I would not recommend anytime going here and I am also looking to find a legal way to cancel the deal as well .

They are bunch of not honest guys . They cheated my friend
