No other dealership handles service better than Thompson Toyota. Always a first class experience. The free loaner car is such a valuable option! My only suggestion would be for the call center to be aware that they cannot reserve a loaner for you and the cars are available on a first come first serve basis. This would avoid any confusion when checking in.
