I drove down from upstate NY to find a Subaru with low corrosion. I found a 2018 Subaru Forester at Thompson. Tom Coates was very helpful and informative.
After some minor wrangling with financial institutions on a weekend, I walked away with an excellent deal and vehicle. I have put over 250,000 miles on my Subarus and I know I have a vehicle that can handle everything that Winter in Upstate NY throws at me. I highly recommend doing business at Thompson.

Excellent service and accommodation to my travel timing. Quality of work was ideal. Staff friendly, listened to my description of the problems and did a full analysis to confirm so. Contacted me to explain and confirm I wanted the repairs completed. Even though I had no appointment and it was a Saturday morning they had the repairs completed by closing time. The car feels and handles markedly better. The price was very good for the repairs made. Excellent repair work at all levels. I highly recommend using them.

Very nice staff. Everyone! Lots of clear answers which is wonderful. Sounds simple, but isn’t always the case. Great experience. Highly suggest this dealership for repair.
