Add ReviewThis Service Department is hysterically bad. We had a 2014 Legacy die on I-68 on January 26th. I found this dealership online so we could have it towed there for repair. We couldn’t get them to call us back until February 6th when they told us it needed a new transmission. Good job reading the codes by the way.Report
On February 14th we purchased a new vehicle from THIS dealership. They even took the Legacy as a trade in for a few hundred bucks and we drove away. The sales department was really good by the way. It’s a shame they are associated with such incompetence.
Last night, March 21st, they called us to ask if we were going to replace the transmission. Just to review, THAT WAS EIGHT WEEKS AGO. And they have the title.
WOW! Stay as far away from this service department as possible.
