We ordered our car in October and we're surprised that it arrived before Christmas. Thelen made the entire process very easy. We are excited to be driving our beautiful new car and happy with the helpful staff!

Friendly service. The best service center I've ever used! I would recommend to everyone. They communicate with you through the whole experience and give real quotes what they do. I will use them again. Quality work!

I really don't trust this shop, had my air bags replaced at the beginning of the year and just realized a couple months ago that a spot on top of my dash near the vent has come up. also on a rare occasion I hear something rolling around in my dash, I think its a socket. the second time I went to them for what I thought was my torque converter failing which is common in Subaru's they said was caused by my throttle body being dirty so I paid to have it cleaned total + diagnosis was around $250. around a week later it was doing it again. it turned out I needed a tune up not my throttle body cleaned. he must have sprayed it with throttle body cleaner while the engine was running and it cleaned the spark plugs enough to get rid of the issue temporarily. so why was I charged $160 for 20 min of labor and a can of throttle body cleaner? if I cant fix it I'll take it to a local shop for now on.

All our work is 100% gaurenteed if we did not fix the problem we will look at it again at no charge. If all we did to your vehicle was spray cleaner into the throttle body there would have been no charge for that. Please call Joe Thelen at 989-225-1990 I need more information to pull up the repair order and dig into this further.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Audi Q8 and they said they completed everything. My tires were NOT rotated, because one of them has a screw in it and the tire was still in the same location . My husband called to let them know and they refunded the tire rotation money only and didn't even offer an apology or any other compensation for my time and energy. They seemed to dismiss this problem as no big deal. I don't live in the same town and am very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Nikki, we spoke to you husband the evening of the December 15th and apologized for the mishap, we would be happy to pick up your vehicle, rotate the tires at no charge and deliver it back to you. I apologize for the oversight.
