The Womb Room is a premier support center for parents located in Baltimore, Maryland. Our mission is to assist families during the transformative stages of pregnancy and early parenthood by providing a comprehensive range of services tailored to their needs. Our experienced team includes over 45 birthworkers who have collectively supported more than 2,000 births and logged over 5,000 hours of therapy for postpartum mothers. We offer personalized doula services including prenatal and postpartum doulas as well as virtual options. Additionally, our offerings encompass placenta encapsulation, infant CPR classes, and holistic childbirth education to ensure new parents feel empowered and informed.

Our yoga programs feature prenatal yoga, Baby & Me sessions, and yoga for pelvic floor education designed to promote physical wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond. We also facilitate valuable support groups including the Afterglow Postpartum Group and Fertility Group which foster community connections among parents facing similar challenges.

The Womb Room prides itself on being a trusted resource in the Maryland region with numerous hospitals referring new families to our services. Our commitment to education extends through private classes on breastfeeding techniques, comfort measures during labor, and essential baby care basics.
