Came through and got the job done for our pup Zouri

Very professional vet, but tech wasn't properly trained on handling cats and it caused an incident that should have been prevented. My cat was very traumatized for days after and it makes me wonder how they handle the cats behind that closed door. I don't feel comfortable taking her back there. Kind staff but this place isn't for me.

I will never bring my dog back here again!!! I called before I came and nobody told me anything about the online checkin which I could've done from my car to get out and be told in the lobby after being sent back to my car. Then I was quoted the wrong price, a whopping $200 difference. After I checked in, I waited close to 40 minutes to be called in. Finally got into an exam room to sit for 2 hours before even seeing a doctor. I had to keep asking for updates. When I complained to the tech, black guy, about the lack of communication and how I've waited shorter times in a regular emergency room. He responded, "Maybe you should've went there!" The practice manager walked up after hearing me fussing and came into my room, nonchalantly listening to my issues. She apologized only for the lack of communication only after I said that his behavior must be tolerated that she said she'd speak with him. Worst customer service ever.... horrible communication... First and last!!!!

The Village Vets are the best Veterinary clinics in Atlanta, I've been going to the Downtown Decatur location since 2004. I've done rescue, and I have my own dogs, and I'm very picky about the care my animals receive. All the Veterans and staff there are knowledgeable, kind, helpful and compassionate. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. They have plenty of parking, and 24 hour emergency veterinary services as well!

This was the only place that would take my dog without previously seeing him which was 45 minutes away. My dog had a really bad ear ache and signs of aggression due to pain.
I will say that I will not recommend this place the front of the house ladies were absolutely rude and asked me what I did to make him aggressive. For one thing this is my baby, my best friend I would never hurt him. Also, for this being your craft they were very unknowable.
I will say the vet tech that I did speak with was very nice under the circumstances.

VV has been caring for my wife's dog for 8 years now. The staff has always been kind and gentle.

Took our 6yoa Aussie today due to hind legs lameness. Dr. Cotton was wonder. Compassionate, thorough and honest. We ended up having to go to specialist and our wait time was 5hrs but really appreciated the time Dr. Cotton spent with us.

My dog Bowie got a bone out of the trash and suffered an intestinal blockage. I took her to Village Vets and she and I were both treated with a compassion and amazing service. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful and understood how stressed I was about my girl and did whatever they could to alleviate my concerns. I am so glad I took her in and I am so impressed with the care she received. Thank you all so much.

As always, everyone is helpful, professional and loves animals. The new space is very welcoming
